Every recruiter has experienced “that guy.” And before you get all defensive, I know every candidate has also experienced “that recruiter” (who is the reason I now cringe when called a “head-hunter,” because I hate the negative connotation it implies). So, this goes both ways. Feel free to comment on why recruiters can sometimes be awful too!
My goal is information exchange and to be proactive in order to avoid problems. Sometimes, people just don’t realize what they are doing and how their actions can impact other people’s careers.
