Paradigm Group, Inc. is owned and operated by Gene Janiszewski, a former Sr. Director of Technical Services and VP of Information Services, so we understand first-hand how critical it is to find and hire professionals that not only meet your specific technical needs but also fit your unique culture. Gene started Paradigm Group, Inc. in 2003 in an effort to provide the same high-quality level of service he found so valuable when he was a hiring manager.
