Since I studied Psychology, I’m of course pretty partial to this article (click for link) but I think it has some great points.
I prep my candidates to be confident but not arrogant, and if you really don’t know the answer then be honest about it. Honesty is always the best policy as it earns you trust and respect. Someone can be incredibly smart but if the employer doesn’t trust you, it’s not going to work out.
