Whether you are just out of school or in-between gigs and feeling a little “desperate,” it’s important to really be interviewing the company (more specifically evaluating the opportunity) just as much as they are interviewing you. It’s easy to want to jump at a job offer just because you feel fortunate to have received it in the first place; however, it could be a decision you quickly regret if the role isn’t in line with your personal goals and aspirations. Be sure to ask yourself the following before deciding whether or not a particular job is the right fit for you:
