You get the interview and you think it went amazing! Or maybe your gut tells you that it was horrible. Either, way, time goes by and you hear nothing. It’s happened to the best of us. Unfortunately, it happens to recruiters too. A good recruiter will do everything possible to get feedback for you but it can be challenging. When you aren’t working with a recruiter, it’s even harder.
