Whether you are a natural born leader or you are trying to move up in your career, there is always room for self-improvement. The main thing I’ve learned in my years of leading a recruiting team is there is always more to learn! Everyone on your team should (ideally) bring some sort of value; however, the way they need to be led may not match up your natural style.
