FOLLOW UP PROMISE! We know that top talent receives a ton of recruiter calls and emails. We also know how frustrating it can be to be submitted for a role and never hear from the recruiter again. Our PGI Recruiters promise at least one weekly follow up with each candidate that has been presented, even if we do not have any further updates since our last conversation. We also strive to maintain consistent and proactive communication and coaching throughout on-boarding, start, and post-placement.
