This is also very important to remember in the hiring process. There are plenty of brilliant and talented developers out there that are capable of doing amazing things but lack the ability to communicate ideas or concerns, and can therefore end up easily frustrated. And vice-versa, some leaders just don&#8217;t know enough about coding to understand why the developer isn&#8217;t producing as expected.<\/h4>\n<blockquote>\n<h4>Rather than staying silent, developers in this position need to convey to senior management exactly what they need to accomplish the task, whether it\u2019s more time or resources (or both).
