What We Do
The CIO Group provides three classes of customized, responsive services to our clients.
CIO Strategic Reviews:
This is a quick, executive-level review of client’s IT-related organization, strategies, goals, requirements and issues. Our CIO will meet with key members of the client’s organization, consult with other members CIO Resources, prepare written conclusions and recommendations, and present them to the client’s management team. Reviews will typically require between one to five days of on-site time.
CIO Interim Services:
Our CIO will take an active role in leading a client’s IT organization, on a part-time (several days per month) or short-term (one to six months) basis. As an Interim CIO, we will work as a member of the client’s executive team, addressing the organization’s IT-related needs.
CIO Coaching Services:
Our CIO will serve as a coach to one or more members of the client’s executive team or IT staff, providing the client the benefit of our executive business and technology experience.
